Your physical recovery and improvement is important
to us. That's why we employ a wide-range of procedures and techniques to best
suit your needs.
QPT centers are outpatient facilities that work with whatever health care system, hospital or medical office a patient might originate from. We work closely with your medical referral source to ensure a seamless transition from injury to recovery. All physical therapy services performed in Michigan require a physician prescription. When you call in to schedule an appointment, our courteous receptionist will promptly coordinate a convenient time for you to come in. During the evaluation your therapist will review with you the various goals and objectives, and then devise a safe and effective treatment plan that is consistent with your doctor's orders and your particular needs. At our facility you will interact with a team of providers-all specially chosen as experts in their field including physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, kinesiologists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists and sports medicine students. We are a teaching facility and clinical rotation site for the University of Michigan Sport Medicine Program, a clinical observation site for Eastern Michigan University Sports Medicine Program and rotation/observation site for Washtenaw Community College PTA Program.
